Ingredients

1 pound radishes, cut into quarters

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

½ teaspoon cumin 

½ teaspoon ground turmeric

½ small onion, diced

¼ teaspoon ground ginger

⅛ teaspoon red chili powder

½ teaspoon salt


Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Toss radishes with oil, onions, and spices in a large bowl. Transfer to the prepared sheet. Spread in an even layer and roast, tossing once halfway through, until browned and slightly crisped, about 30 minutes.
  2. Enjoy!
