For those looking for group support on their weight loss journey, you can come to our free classes offered every Monday at 12:00pm. We know it can be difficult trying to make lifestyle changes by yourself, and anyone is welcome to attend. Each week we have a different educational topic, and you can come meet others to share ideas and tips/tricks to keep up healthy habits.
