Ingredients

1 medium cauliflower


3 tablespoons tahini

1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Cut cauliflower into florets; include the stems.
  3. In a small bowl combine tahini, soy sauce, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. In a large bowl combine cauliflower and tahini sauce. Mix well to evenly coat cauliflower.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cauliflower is tender and lightly browned.
  6. Serve warm or cold. Great as is or in salads!
